This place is located in a super central spot, just steps away from all the cool stuff like tourist spots, shops, and yummy restaurants 🏙️. The room here is really elegant and charming, with a classy traditional feel.

The location was absolutely perfect, near a 19th-century Habsburg palace. the breakfast was savoury and extensive with fresh fruit, fresh coffee, and hot options. - the overall atmosphere was quiet.

The staff here was extremely welcoming and helpful, providing great advice and suggestions, plus the breakfasts were tasty and the service was also excellent.

The room was well-appointed with tea/coffee and a safe, the breakfast had a wide variety of meats, and the staff was helpful and efficient.

Tbh, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay of more than 2000 nights. The rooms were brand-new and reasonably large with a bathroom and great design, as for instance, just what we needed.

Well, the views were quite bad here.

The room at In the heart of Vienna was like stepping into a magical time capsule. The stylish decor and cleanliness made it one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Despite being in the heart of Vienna, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect, with famous shopping street Kärtner Str. just adjacent to the hotel. We were only a short walk away from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Graben. The room had many thoughtful extras, such as a universal plug, a fridge filled with convenient snacks, robes, slippers. The staff was incredibly polite and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh food. The multilingual staff made communication easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a special vacation.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable because it is located in the District ONE where the city center is, as well as all the monuments of the Imperial city, as well as restaurants, bars etc. As weak points, the reception staff except for German official language and English, do not know other languages (Spanish, Italian, French). The breakfast was not very extensive or varied.

That there wasn't Videe in the Bathroom and the bathtub is too little
